Sporting success comes from being able to perform quick maneuvers with precision.
Athlete Approach Speed programs focus on the development of acceleration, maximum velocity, and change of direction mechanics and technique fundamentals.
Our Speed program helps you to develop and master all the basics of speed training, as well as increase your athletic ability.
Each session will focus heavily on technique where, through a series of drills, you will learn the proper mechanics of sprinting and how to enact actions that result in greater acceleration ability.
In addition, our Speed programs include modules that target change of direction ability, teaching you how to change directions effectively and efficiently, translating to quicker maneuvers and actions on the court, pitch, or field.
All of this is underpinned by a combination of maximum velocity drills that will allow you to increase both your base speed and your endurance so you can move faster for longer.
